My low-bar art practice inspires my regular low-bar exercise.

I’ve created an environment for my painting practice that has slowly become a habit. I used the same structures to encourage a regular low-bar workout.

The idea is the same

1 All planning is done in advance. 2 The session is timed for twenty minutes only. 3 The only goal is to get there. 4 If I don’t get there it’s okay I will try again tomorrow.

During the planning stage, I picked one area of improvement I wanted to work towards. I chose strength building. I found a 20-minute strength-based workout and used the structure to build a routine.
